Patricia Trombetta, a Shareholder in the firm, practices in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia from the Cincinnati office. She began her career as in-house counsel for Personal Service Insurance Company and then for J.C. Penney Casualty Insurance Company out of law school. Ms. Trombetta has been in private practice for the last 35 years primarily representing insurance companies and their insureds. Ms. Trombetta regularly writes and speaks on issues in the insurance industry and acts as mediator for the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio.
