Brian Kerns is a Shareholder who joined the firm in 2014. He operates the firm’s Medina, Ohio, office. Mr. Kerns has vast and varied experience handling complex and catastrophic injury litigation. Mr. Kerns’ 3 decades of legal practice have been marked by candor and fairness with all parties. His solid reputation among the bench and bar in Northern Ohio is the result of a career spent practicing law by the Golden Rule. Mr. Kerns is a past president of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) and past president of the Medina County Bar Association.
